New Found Glory ranked as one of my favorite bands for many years, but is one I haven’t actually seen live too many times. This is one of the shirts that I bought from Hot Topic as I was defining my own music tastes, and reinventing my style to include much more black. Though the shirt is emblazoned with “Live In Your City”, it was purchased well before I ever actually saw them live in concert. I have trouble pin-pointing the first time I ever saw them, sure that there must have been an opportunity in high school, but unable to actually recall one. I know for sure that I had the chance to see them in October of 2011 while I was in college, with my friends Val and Dana. It was the “Pop Punk’s Not Dead Tour”, and featured a particularly stacked lineup including Set Your Goals, The Wonder Years, and Man Overboard.
